The previous site treated all visitors as the same audience. A resident browsing floor plans and an institutional investor evaluating the pipeline were handed identical navigation with no differentiation.
The rebuild separated these audiences structurally. Properties for residents. Areas of Expertise for municipal partners. A dedicated Investors section for capital partners. Each path clear from the first click.
